Visible-light photometry follows the platinum-cobalt color scale for continuous online measurement

Online Color Analyzer
A reagent-free visible-light photometric sensor for continuous color measurement. It can be immersed directly in the sample for source water, secondary supply, drinking water and surface-water monitoring.
The 0–100 degree range, accuracy rule, resolution, dimensions, protection and interfaces are stored separately. The black transmitter image is the approved FUNEL export presentation; final configuration remains subject to project confirmation.
Measurement principle and product highlights
Direct-immersion measurement requires no sampling or chemical reagents
Short response time supports continuous monitoring
LED light source provides compact construction and low power consumption
Automatic cleaning helps reduce optical-surface maintenance
Reverse-polarity protection, RS485, time display, data storage and optional wireless transmission support project integration

Source-supported applications
Source water
Continuously monitor color changes at source-water and plant-intake points.
Secondary water supply
Track color in managed secondary-supply systems.
Drinking water
Add continuous color monitoring to drinking-water quality control.
Surface water
Observe color trends in rivers, lakes and environmental monitoring projects.
Items to confirm
Online color selection requires more than the 0–100 degree range: actual water, turbidity, suspended solids, bubbles, fouling and installation conditions must also be confirmed.

- 02Minimum, normal and maximum color
- 03Turbidity, suspended solids, bubbles and sensor fouling
- 04Pressure, mounting, automatic cleaning and maintenance access
- 05Cable, power, 4–20 mA, relays and Modbus RS485

Selection questions
What measurement method does PCT-600 use?+
It uses visible-light photometry based on the platinum-cobalt color scale and supports direct-immersion continuous measurement.
How is accuracy determined?+
The source specifies ±10% or ±1 degree, whichever is greater.
Are reagents required?+
No. The supplied sheet explicitly states that sampling and reagents are not required.
Can the website image replace a technical drawing?+
No. The clean image is for public presentation. The Ø34 × 244 mm sensor dimensions, transmitter dimensions and mounting remain controlled by the datasheet and order confirmation.
Tell us what you need to measure.
We will respond with a recommended configuration, supporting documentation and quotation.
