- Shandong faces long-term water-resource constraints, and groundwater remains an important supply source. The program required more continuous observation and earlier recognition of abnormal changes.
- Implementation
- In 2020, monitoring equipment was deployed with the Changyi water-resources program to collect, analyze and transmit groundwater data from multiple sites.

- MP301 served as an integrated multiparameter node, reducing separate instruments and field wiring while providing recordable water-quality and depth data to the project system.
