Engineering 0.6 × 0.6 × 0.7 m, 35 kg buoy for fixed river, lake, reservoir and wetland points

PB-060-AY Compact Water Quality Monitoring Buoy
An engineering buoy platform for rivers, lakes, wetlands and unattended projects. It combines up to six probes with solar power, 4G communication, night beacon and remote configuration in one expandable monitoring node.
Integrated buoy, sensor, power and remote-monitoring architecture
Carries up to six probes, each ≤75 mm in diameter and ≤400 mm long, with separated mounting to reduce sensor interference
42 Ah battery and 72 W solar panel, configured for ≥30 days of cloudy/rainy autonomy
4G remote monitoring and configuration with real-time multiparameter data transmission to the monitoring center
Night beacon for location and collision avoidance, plus a low-center-of-gravity anti-overturn design
Quick-plug sensors for practical expansion and maintenance; the final parameter package is project-confirmed

In August 2022, water-quality sensors were integrated with an unmanned boat for mobile, all-weather multiparameter monitoring.
What to confirm before configuring the buoy
Both models are highly configurable integrated platforms. Listed measurement ranges describe available sensor options, not a claim that every sensor is supplied as standard. The final package must be engineered for the real water, location, anchoring, communications, autonomy and data platform.
- 01Confirm target parameters, ranges, sensor count and real-water interferences
- 02Confirm depth, current, waves, anchoring, theft protection, collision risk and retrieval
- 03Confirm measurement/reporting intervals, cloudy-day autonomy, solar exposure and maintenance interval
- 04Confirm 4G/Modbus, cloud platform, alarms, data format and project acceptance requirements
Documents prepared after engineering confirmation
After receiving the parameter schedule, site and communication requirements, we can prepare a neutral configuration sheet, sensor compatibility matrix, buoy and anchoring recommendation, power and communication plan, commissioning checklist and quotation.
