Connect the event to a physical sample
Online analyzers show when water quality changes. An automatic sampler preserves a physical sample that can be tested later, helping a plant investigate source, confirm an alarm or document an event.
The trigger and bottle record must make the sample traceable. Define what happens on repeat alarms, loss of power, a full bottle set, an open door or failed collection.

Can an automatic sampler be triggered by an online COD or ammonia analyzer?+
Yes, when the analyzer or controller provides a compatible relay, analog or communications signal and the trigger logic is configured and tested.
What is the difference between timed and flow-proportional sampling?+
Timed sampling collects at fixed intervals. Flow-proportional sampling changes the sampling frequency or volume according to a flow signal, which can better represent pollutant load.
Can the sampler connect to third-party online analyzers?+
Integration is possible when the signal, protocol and trigger logic are compatible. Provide the third-party model, I/O documentation and required event logic for review.
