Project background
A town water plant in Liangshan supplies production and domestic water and required continuous online measurements to strengthen water-supply safety and process oversight.
Implementation
In June 2021, flow measurement and online analyzers were installed at inlet and outlet points so operators could identify water-quality risks and review disinfection performance continuously.

Secondary water-supply residual-chlorine monitoring

Project background
Secondary water-supply facilities form the final link between the municipal network and residents. Aging or inefficient equipment can reduce the disinfectant residual and increase water-quality risk.
Implementation
In September 2022, an online analyzer was installed to track free chlorine in the secondary-supply pipeline continuously and provide timely visibility of disinfectant residual.

Integrated county water-supply monitoring platform

Project background
A county water-supply integration project upgraded water-plant automation and connected water-quality equipment to a central information-management platform.
Implementation
In April 2023, pipeline monitoring was installed to combine pH, turbidity, dissolved oxygen, conductivity and residual chlorine for routine inlet, outlet and distribution-water checks.
